My 4 year old got Hurry Up Chicken Butt for his birthday from a long distance family member and when we set it up to play the chicken was shorting out and wasn't working. We contacted the company and while they don't normally do returns and reccommend doing the return through the retailer (Understandable). They understood the distance and not knowing where they got it and lack of proof of purchase and sent me a new one and got the information to see if this is a wide spread issue so they could also make it right. It shipped fast, we received it and it works perfectly. This game adds family time indoors in a fun way that allows my little boys who are physically active to channel their energy in a different and new way that allows us to all have fun. Laughter is a high value action in our home and this game really brought that out. It's a fun game for us and it's a game we pull out when family is over too.

I got this from my kids for my birthday, and upon putting it batteries it didn’t work. I exchanged it for another one from Walmart. The clerk failed to return it properly by loading it onto a gift card, thinking he made an error, attempting to load it onto another gift card, and giving me the second card which wasn’t activated. I didn’t tell my kids that their gift for me was basically stolen. I then bought another one without telling my kids so that they wouldn’t be upset that I no longer had their gift…and the new one is defective as well. Very upset with this product.

Bought this as a gift and unfortunately we couldn't get the shaker to work. Over the 30 day return window by the time they opened it so unable to exchange.

We got this for our Cub Scout group, but even with new batteries, it only clucks for about three seconds and turns off.

Bought this for my 8 and 10 year old for Valentine’s Day and we all absolutely love it! The chicken doesn’t randomly stop sometimes even though it’s brand new with new batteries - we think it might be because it gets slammed into the floor too hard. REALLY wanting an expansion pack already!!! Super fun game!
